the best thing you brought at disneyland

Best thing I bought so far at disneyland has to be My Disneyland Resort Official album, it is so fun for us and the kids at home.

The worst...overpriced items like Soda (I now bring my own) and the apple slices instead of potato chips that come with the corndogs at the corndog cart. I gave an apple slice to my 16 month old (at the time) and she almost choked on it. completely shook me up and I couldn't even finish my corndog afterward.

The best thing I love looking forward to buying at DL, is a new and different mickey ball, (car antennae topper) and a DL tshirt.

Oh, also the yummy snacks around the park, like churros and ice cream, and popcorn! :hyper: :hyper:

I cannot think of a worst thing right now.....

Best: My Tinkerbell wings.

Worst: Postcard stamps (bought them to send 2 postcards signed by Mickey...had to go get change for a dollar because the machine on Main Street wouldn't take dollar bills and still have yet to use the rest up).

for me my pirate chess,
for my DH his melifcent crystal
my son his sorcric micky hat (dosent glow, will get the glowing one next time)

worst thing
food at ariels grato lol my DH just said that thats why were going to brekfest not lunch there. lol

The best thing I used to buy at DL was a new antenna topper, but now I have a car w/o an antenna. Bummer! My husband has taken over my collection for his pickup. I do like picking up a new DL photo frame to put one of our family pics in.

The worst - a (I'll use the term loosely) hamburger at the Hungry Bear Rest. This was a number of years ago, but it was the worst tasting thing that anyone could call a burger. I'm from cattle country and that was not hamburger!

The best things I bought were my mickey, pluto, and goofy big figs. They are also the worst because I needed to spend over $500 for the donald big fig and am still in search of the elusive matching minnie big fig that went for over $700(which I didn't have at the time) on ebay once. Haven't seen it since :(

well i didnt buy this but this has to be my number one best buy the pirates jacket my son bought me with his savings just for my bday becosue it was raining and i was so bummed that we didnt get to go to pirates island

The BEST thing we got from DL is our Photopass album - love it! We got lots of souvenirs, but this album just brings back all the memories and magic from being there. The only bad thing is that when you look at the pictures, you want to go back NOW!

The worst thing was a Mickey sugar cookie - blech! It was very dry and nasty. The shortbread cookies and/or snickerdoodles are great though!!!

Best thing I've bought (at least that I can currently remember) is a set of swim trunks and a tee. I'm a big guy so I was amazed they had my size. Also, since I was soaked from Splash Mountain, and it was freezing cold at night, it was really practical.

Worst thing: Lollipops! Those things are so freaking cute, and everyone at home asks for them whenever I travel to California for business, but no one eats them.

On our trips with DD, I've gotten a rubber magnet frame and put a picture of her at DL in it. The first one was the 50th frame and the one from our second trip was minnie's house with minnie in the window at the top. Love 'em!

I also like the antenna toppers but there's a black bead things at the end of my antenna that's actually pretty big so I have to use a knife or key to make the hole in the topper bigger... so it just ends up being a major pain to switch them.

I'm sorry, brought or bought?

Not trying to be funny, but I was wondering the same thing.

If bought, (Does DCA count?) I bought dh a really neat polo type shirt in the gift shop outside the Grizzly Rapids Ride - it was a wonderful faded blue/gray material and the buttons had buffalo nickel emblem on it. They no longer carry them (Believe me, I have inquired). It was a great shirt!

Best thing:
Mr. Potato Head pieces that you can't get anywhere else. My DS loves Mr. PH.

Worst:
Non-alcoholic Mint Julep from the Mint Julep Window in NOS.

Best thing: my sorcerer's Mickey hat that sparkles. I teach kindergarten, and boy, was that thing a big hit at show 'n tell!

I love the mint juleps. In fact, I'll have one tomorrow night with my Monte Cristo at Cafe Orleans! We leave in the morning for Disneyland - yeah!

The pack of postcards you can buy and DS can color the Disney pictures and send them to the gp's back home.
I bought the cutest zip front sweatshirt at the GC gift shop that has old retro designs of things in the park on the back and inside the hood. I get compliments every time I wear it.
Potato head parts.....the little collectible figures that come in small packages that are replicas of rides, characters, etc. We use these as pieces for various game boards and DS likes trading them with the CM's at the gift shop on Main Street.
Last but not least, I love getting the newest collage frame from the park to commemorate our trip.

where did you get the pack of postcards and how much were they that sounds cute
