The Best and Worse Inexpensive "Fast Food" Restaurants!

LOVED: Wolfgang Puck Express in DTD-- great food and portions are huge so two people can easily share. We usually eat here at least once every trip.

HATED: ABC Commissary at MGM. We went here on our first trip and have never went back.

Our fave fast food places are probably Wolfgang Puck Express and Cosmic Rays. We also found pretty good food at the All Star Movies food court.

The worst for us would have to be the Electric Umbrella at Epcot. Blech!

Well, I suppose its only fair for me to post my faves. I don't know of any place I dislike.

At the MK, I always eat at the Columbia Harbour House. I always get chicken fingers though, I'm not much of a fish person. The Plaza Pavillion had good pizza. Well that least the one I had. It was better than Pizza Hut. And the side salad that came with it was really really really good.

Epcot: Sunshine Food Fair. I've only remember what I had last year, which was a BBQ chicken sandwich, which was extremely good. And the Lotus Blossom Cafe. I noticed a lot of people don't like it. But I live in an area where every street corner there is a chinese restaurant, and this place has better food than what I can get here.

MGM and AK: Unknown!

Another vote for Pirata y Perico. The Columbia Harbor house is pretty good, too.

MK - Columbia Harbor House (love sitting upstairs and their coral reef sandwhich), Pecos Bill's

EP - Sunshine Season Foodfair (Land foodcourt) - nice variety, Cantina de San Angel (Mexico)

ST - Toy Story Pizza Planet

AK - Pizzafari, Tusker House

Worst

MK - Aunt Polly's - the food is fine, but it feels kind of dirty around there and the birds are just really annoying trying to steal your food the whole time and selection is just sandwhiches.

EP - Don't have one, but haven't eaten at them all around World Showcase

ST - ABC Commissary (portions were small when I was there last and I just really didn't care for their selection, I thought it was better about 3-4 years ago)

AK - I like them all

These questions always make me laugh because some people's favorites are other people's worst.

Worst--Columbia Harbor House at MK (GREASY, awful food)

Best- Tangerine Cafe and Yakatori House- both at Epcot

Worst - ABC commissary at MGM. I'm glad that alot of others agree with this one! Yuck!!

Best (so far) - Sunshine season food fair since there is so much variety to choose from.

Beaches and Cream is the best place in the resorts so far.
Roaring forks was ok too.


We like to go to sit downs or eat at the quick place in the resorts so we don't have a lot of experience with the park places.

two of my favorites are at boardwalk- flying fish (try the lava cake) had a barbque pork chop that was to die for.and the decor is nice and kinda romantic. at the living seas try the coral reef.with the biggest aquarium only a few feet away this is a great place to eat. the menu is a little limited but there should be something on it for everyone. i did find it kinda pricey too but hey your on vacation right??? i also have to add that my wife and i were child free at the time so we were looking for the more adult minded places without charachter meals and screaming kids.note: we now have that screaming kid...lol

MK- Caseys has great hot dogs/toppings, Columbia Harbour House for their chicken finger/fish and chips basket combo.

MGM- We used to like Backlot Express for chicken fingers and their awsome toppings bar and now they took it out and cut way back on the chicken quality and amount.


AK- Flame tree BBQ, Tusker House, Restaurantosarous

Epcot- Cantina de San Angel in Mexico, Pastries in France and the Fountainview Bakery.

At MK my favs are Columbia Harbor House and Pinocchio's.

At Epcot I love Kringla Bakeri Og in Norway. They have wonderful open faced sandwiches.

No favs at the other two.
