I notice that Brad seems to like the more forward (sometimes rude) girls. Things we might think would make him send people home, he likes.

I'm still working on the names but I think it's Shawntel who needs to jump into Brad's arms and make it her thing to do. That gets on my nerves.

I think he gets along with Chantal, the dark haired one, the best. He seems really relaxed around her, and can say anything. They joke around, whereas everyone else is in such awe of Brad.

With Emily, he's treating her so fragilely. And she IS fragile. Sweet and very fragile.

Yeah, it was great the way Michelle was pouting over the wording of her letter! Maybe, it was a Freudian slip as Brad knows she's there as an actress.

Frankly, if I were her, I would just refuse to go. But, these gals are so young and desperate. "No" doesn't seem to be in their vocabulary. That's such a shame that these gals have such low sense of self that they put themselves in fearful or dangerous situations, and Emily will probably put herself in a heart-wrenching situation to impress a man and try to win his love. That's not how love should work.

Yup, I saw the preview and she was definitely there. I don't think they usually know where they are going before they get there though, so she probably couldn't say no. I can't even imagine being blindsided like that. Even if the guy was great, I'd still walk off the show. Totally not worth it. I can't believe the show scheduled this just to show her reaction for ratings...

Loved, loved, loved it when Chantal mentioned that all the other date cards had said "love" on them, but Michelle's only said said something about hanging out. I'm liking Chantal more and more.

I thought when Emily told Brad the story of her past she told him that Ricky was a race car driver. I know she mentioned that he did something that took him away on weekends and she traveled with him typically...am I just remembering this all wrong?

I do remember her telling the girls but I thought she specifically mentioned it to Brad as well.

She told the girls it was race car driving. Her words to Brad exactly were that he was into racing. She couldn't bring herself to say the words. I remember Brad looked off. He could have thought horse racing.

I think this is where she breaks down, (naturally,) and proves she still has some grieving (naturally ) and isn't ready for a relationship. . . yet . . . not until they offer her The Bachelorette.

I hope, for the exploitation the show puts her through, she tells them to shove it!
