The Atlantis Beach Day pass on our own

I have heard that we can purchase the atlantis beach day directly at the resort. Is this true, has anyone taken a can and purhcased tickets at the tower lobby? I am booked with DCL but it is only a 4 hour trip. We are morning people and would love to get off the ship early and spend the day at the resort. I would love any feed back if possible.

Yes, they do sell day passes, although apparently they limit the number sold per day. If you're going at a non-peak time, you shouldn't have an issue. Here is the language from Atlantis's site, along with a link.

Atlantis, Paradise Island has opened a limited number of day passes for visitors to Paradise Island until further notice.
Day passes are available for purchase at the Discover Atlantis desk in Coral Towers and space is limited.
