Congrats - isn't it great! My AKL stay is paid in full - I'm a few weeks away from the same for my Poly stay. I could pay once we get there since it's a room only res but there's something so exciting about it being DONE!

I have a question about beverage service at the club level lounge. We are staying AKL CL in November. Is it like some of the other resort lounges where if you are looking for a beverage outside of the offering hours they can give it to you? And do they provide beer? I told DH there would be beer whenever he wanted it!!! I wasn't sure; just made it up as a selling point.

Yes if it is something they offer at the lounge and it is not out, just ask and they will get it from the back for you. I am a diet coke instead of coffee girl and they would bring me out a couple every morning during breakfast offerings. We also saw someone with wine before wine offerings were out and we were able to get milk for the kids in the afternoon.

We are staying at AKL in August and one afternoon have booked 5pm dinner at Sanaa. How do you get to Sanaa from the main building at AKL? Is there simply a path between the two buildings?
Also what time do the busses start running on a morning? We also have an 8:05am (non EMH day) ADR at Crystal Palace in the MK.

Thanks Susan!! So, I did not lie to him-ha! I figured if worse came to worse I would run to the gift shop and buy them and bring them to him as if they were from the lounge!! But this makes my life easier. I also do the diet coke instead of cofee in the morning thing!

Also wanted to add, the man is not a raging alcoholic or anything!! This is just that he is late 30's and has never been to Disney before. He has agreed to go for our 10th anniversary but he looks like he is in pain already. I know he will like it there whether or not he admits it!

You can take a Downtown Disney bus from Jambo House to Kidani and any theme park bus for the return trip. But there should alos be a walk way. In the morning the buses start running at least one hour before park opening, I think to the MK even at 6:30 am! Have a great trip!

Whatever it takes to get him there!!!! If I ever stick to my plans of enjoying a resort only day I am going to go ask for wine at 2 or 3 o'clock and enjoy it while reading a book and sitting by the pool.

But truthfully, something odd happens to me when I get there. I get all excited and can't wait to get to a park and ride this and that ride and see this or that show and all of a sudden my plans for relaxing only seem to go right out the window. First one up, last one to bed.

I suffer from this as well. And I REALLY want to spend time at AKL and enjoy it. We just didn't do enough of that on our last trip, so now I'm trying to make it a priority. I'm just afraid that, like you, once we're there we will be so excited we won't make it back to AKL when we are "supposed" to.

Well I am hoping with the crowds at Thanksgiving that I might end up just hanging out at the resort. If not, we are back there in January staying CL so I will make myself just enjoy and relax and start my year off with a vacation. LOLOL

Just add Kidani Village to the address and I am sure it will get there.

Is it true that you need to request at least 3 or 4th floor to be able to see the savanna? What is a good request for a room?

I got a club level 1BR villa for next May!

For those who have experienced one of these rooms, could you tell me what the king-sized bed in the bedroom is like? I'm afraid it might be too hard.
