Well I remember the other times when my family and I had the Magic Kingdom View when there was a crane behind Cinderella's Castle it didn't effect us how it looked, so that's my opinion.
All their rooms do have a refrigerator, however there is no small freezer section. They do have a setting where you can make it cold as possible, however that could mean other things like bottle water turning into ice cubes which has happened to my family and I. Also here is a picture of what the fridge looks like.

My family and I have not taken Magical Express before, however from what I know about it the route from Orlando International Airport to the Contemporary is never the same. For example you might stop at the Wilderness Lodge and Polynesian before arriving to the Contemporary or different combinations of the Magic Kingdom Resorts. I am sure there are other factors like who on the bus is staying at what resort and other factors. So just remember Magical Express is nothing like the regular Disney buses that go to the parks and etc.
Since there is no door that opens and closes where the Monorail's both enter and exit, they stay open 24 hours a day.Okay, so this may seem like a stupid question... but! You know the holes in the side of the Contemporary that the monorail enters and exits through?
Once the monorail is shut down for the night do they cover those holes or does it just stay open?
I've only ever eaten in the Contemporary so I've never been around at night to see what they do and it's one of those things that makes me go "Hmmm"...

Yep--and sometime the birds fly in and join you at Contempo Cafe. They weren't a problem, though.
I also noticed that. However we also didn't think they were a problem and it usually happens more in the mornings and afternoons, because I never noticed them during the evenings.

Well I was never at WDW for a Hurricane but I was there in August 2008 during Tropical Storm Fay and there were times that the rain got so bad, however nothing was closed where the Monorail entrances are located.
You would need to bring it down yourself, unless you request bell service.
