I just found this information

If you regret not bringing a stroller of your own, you'll find that they also have a nice stroller available for purchase. It's $40 and can be found in the vicinity of the rental areas.

What kind of stroller is this? An umbrella stroller? Has anyone bought one, if so what did you think? Any pictures?

We bought one at the Boardwalk. It was $49.99. No photos here, but I think it is the Kohlcraft Tour Sport Reclining Umbrella Stroller ( I googled and found a photo at strollers.com). We left one of our Walmart cheapie umbrella strollers at the airport and decided to buy this instead of renting. It was nicer than the Walmart one and served its purpose on vacation We used it for my son who was 7 and 55+ lbs at the time. Still use it now for trips to the mall etc. with my younger kids since it is small, light and portable. The one thing I can't comment on is the recline feature. My kids are older so we had it to use when they were getting too tired to walk (no napping etc).

It is an umbrella stroller with a slight recline.

We bought one for my 4yr old son. He is very tall and sat comfortably in it. It has a small sunshade/hood and a small mesh bag at the back.

It was much cheaper than renting and we also had it for the loooong walk to teh buses.

Have used it since we have come home.

The only thing I found wrong with it is the harness. It is not a 5 point harness with the shoulder straps. It ony has the strap around waist and in between legs. Ok for an older kid but I'd worry about a younger toddler in it.

We had one last summer, we were very happy with it! I agree that for a very young one it might not be good since it only has the 3 point belt though. We used ours for our 2 yr old and sometimes 4 yr old. I liked it better than one of the other umbrella strollers we had at home.

I bought one last August because my Maclaren got stolen. I will preface the next part by saying I have had only Maclaren's for years. I hated it. The Kolcraft was poorly made and I threw it out the minute I got home. I went out and bought a new Maclaren right away. It did it's job for what it's worth but I am used to a better made stroller and felt it was alot of money to waste.

I thought it was nice enough, $40 maybe a little high but cheaper than rental and looked more comfy than rentals for sure. That said I had only had experience with the cheepies before and compared to them , it rolled better and the handles were at a good height for me (I'm about 5'11") I didn't feel hunched over pushing it. My DD was 3.

Worked well for us, but if you are in need of a stroller for your trip, you may want to look into a swap, there should be a sticky at the top of the page.

Have a great trip!

It looked like a pretty decent stroller when we saw it in the store there. I would have bought it if we had needed a stroller, but we brought our own.
One problem, though, is that we saw so many of them. It would be a little tricky to figure out exactly which one was yours with so many of them parked there.

Awesome deal - much less expensive than renting for someone travelling more than 3 days (even if it means abandoning it at the end of the trip).

I definitely recommend the little umbrella strollers they sell at wdw.

we actually bought the one they sell at Disney before going on our first wdw trip in 2006. Our boys were 2 1/2 years old at the time. We've used the strollers every trip (so they've been through 5 trips to wdw plus various trips to the zoo and aquarium) and they are still in great shape. We love them...much better than the cheapie umbrella strollers you find at walmart. My dh is around 6 ft. tall and doesn't feel hunched over when he pushes it, and I'm 5'4" and it's comfy for me, too. My sons are now 5 y/o, and one still fits really well in it. My other son has wider shoulders/fuller frame, so we bought a Maclaren for the last trip for him since it is a wider stroller---it's more expensive though.

btw---we tied some plastic strings to the handles of our strollers so they are very easy to spot in the mass of strollers. we've not had any problems finding it so far. we've definitely gotten our money's worth out of the strollers.

... One problem, though, is that we saw so many of them. It would be a little tricky to figure out exactly which one was yours with so many of them parked there.

So true, they are everywhere. We tied lime green bandanas onto each of the handles, and I also wrote our name in permanent marker in a couple spots. :thumbsup2

Here is a partial photo of the stroller available for purchase last summer (taken at Once upon a Toy in DTD):

I think this is the one on the stroller's website:

If you're planning to get one, I'd bring along one of those larger sunshades that attach to the one on the stroller. On a sunny day in Florida that stroller provides very little shade.
