The 4/3 deal can not be booked with the Atrium Club - Magic Kingdom View at the CR

If there is anyone intrested in making a reservation for the 4/3 deal with the Atrium Club - Magic Kingdom View, just thought you should all know you are not able to do that. This past Thursday when my dad called CRO to switch to the 4/3 deal the Cast Member we were not able to keep our Atrium Club - Magic Kingdom View reservation, so we had to switch to the Atrium Club - Bay Lake View to get the deal.

That seems odd...could it be that there was just no availability left for that particular room category under the 4/3 deal?

I seriously bet that the above poster is right. Unfortunately, just because you already have a particular type of room booked, doesn't mean there are any more discounts available for that room type.

It can even get as extreme as not having any more of a particular resort left - for example, I have reservations at Yacht Club. I call to apply the 4/3 discount. They may tell me that they can't do this because there are no more rooms at this location for this discount.

In other words, they don't allow every room at every hotel to book under a discount.

Actually for fun the same night we switched to the 4/3 deal I put in our August dates as a room only reservation on the WDW website. Well the only rooms on the Atrium Club floor was the Magic Kingdom View and all the Bay Lake Views were sold out.
