Oh how fun! Good job so far.

My DH and I are currently planning a move to Orlando for later this year (hopefully by November )!! I was thinking of doing a "Moving Report" or something once plans start to come together. I can't wait to read more about your experience!

Oh man lands... It was a crazy day!!!

I did get my foot checked when we got home and yes, I have 2 tearing tendons in my right foot. I'm trying to keep from having surgery by staying completely off of it and it's also in a boot.
Now It's really hard to stay off of it. I'm getting very fustrated with it. I'm a go and go and go person, and now I have to sit on the couch or at my desk at work and do nothing... UGGGGGGGG Plus I have to have someone drive me around and ask people to carry my purse and stuff. It's so fustrating!!! I don't like to have to depend on someone..

Yes! So so excited but it's so stressful right now. We've got so much going on I don't even feel I'm properly planning for Disney yet! I suppose it will come together but just a tad bit overwelming right now!

Day 4 - Tuesday
Disney Hollywood Studio


Finally it's our first full day at a park, and it's Rae’s favorite park!! We were so ready to show Meghan Disney Hollywood Studio's!!!

I got up around 7:00, because I wanted to be in the shower before the water hogs got in.

When I got out of the shower, Rae got up and in she went and then Meghan followed right after her. We all hurried and out the door we went, in the car at 8:35.

We hurried down I4 on through the Magical Gates of Disney… Finally down the Magic Boulevards. Now looking at a long left hand turning lane that enters into Disney Hollywood Studio, we hit that line and it was a dead stop!!! We slowing started trying to make the turn into the park entrance along with everyone else. As we travelled on into the turn and to the toll booth for parking we kept moving and we didn’t pay for any parking!!!!



Magic, right off the bat… So excited…

We parked in lot Film 25.

Along with Everyone Else!!!

Now just a small foot note, I’ve never driven to the parks so this was a first for me, and parking was a little exciting for me… We’ve always stayed on property and rode the wonderful Disney Buses, we absolutely love riding the buses, they are always cool and relaxing after a fun day in the parks. But I will say parking so far at the parks has also been really nice.

After we parked we rode the little tram to the entrance of the park with everyone else… Lots of people!!!

We headed over to the security check and stood in line forever…

We noticed lots of groups of kids with matching t-shirts, so we figured it’s going to be really crowded…

On through the turnstiles I got Rae but Meghan was way to fast.

We were off…. The Race is on. Straight to Tower of Terror.

The girls went to TOT

and I was off to get Fast Passes for Rock ’n’ Roller Coaster… Yes!!

After I got the FP, I was in dire need of a coke… I hadn’t had one all morning, and it was now 9:30, and I’m about to take someones head off if I don't get a coke!!!! and by now I'm usually on my second or third one… So, I had better find me a coke quick!!!! Heavy drinker here!!!

Finally I had a great big wonderful drink of my coke. HMMMM so much better already. I love that first drink of a coke when all the bubbles are going down. Yummy. I guess I better go get me a coke right now while I writing this trip report.

I sit down at the exit in a nice warm spot in the sun and get out my bag of Munchies and I have a snack with my wonderful large coke while I wait on the girls.

While waiting for the girls… I got a text from my girlfriend who lives in Abilene and she’s in DW with her husband the same time we are and she text’d me and said they were at DHS and waiting in line for TOT… Haha. That’s where I was.

When she got off the ride, I jumped out and scared her...

I waited and waited for the girls, thinking that it was going to be a quick wait. Little did I know an hour and 5 minutes later they would finally show up.

As we left TOT, it was time to use our FP at RnRC…

We hurried through the FP line and I swear it took us longer to walk through the FB line then it did to wait in the music room. It’s a really long hike…

Oh man, so much complaining I’m doing… That’s terrible…

On the ride we go. YES!!! So much fun!! I love roller coaster and nothing’s better than jamming to Rock ‘n’ Roll and riding a roller coaster.

Funny picture of us riding RnRC.. I wish I would have turned the flash botton off on my camera, but that would require some know how... I barely know how to turn it on and choose the settings... Hahahaha

After RnRC we got a FP for ToT so mom could finally ride it. Our FP time was between 1:30 and 2:30… Right after lunch… Hmmmm might not be a good idea.



So, we got to the park early and once inside the park we hurried over to the ToT area and didn’t let Barbra see any of the park, Not even Sorceress Mickey's Hat, so now it was time to give her a glance of the park. We found our way back to the hub and “Disney Channel Rock” was playing and of course we had to watch.

Rae could be in this show… She was following right along with them and she said, “I love this show and I can do this dance easily”

That's a really cute production.



Then Rae spotted Little Mermaid…. Let’s go watch Little Mermaid…

Off we went.

Love that show. It’s so much fun to watch all the little girls

ok and big girls too, sing along to the songs and pretend to be Ariel…

So cute… It brings a tear to my eyes everytime... Oh no, wait, that the mist from the rain in the show. Hahaha... That's my excuse and I'm sticking to it...

After Voyage to Little Mermaid…

We were starving. I mean that, Oh my tummy hurts so bad that I can’t even walk starving…

We already knew where and what we wanted to eat..

Pizza Planet….

If you knew me really well you would know that I hate Pizza, but it’s something about the pizza at Pizza Planet, that I just love. I’m thinking it’s because I’m in Disney… What do y’all think????

We made our way over to PP and got in line with all the kids in the same color T-Shirts… and of course you start visiting with everyone around us and as I said before, I think everyone from Texas was heading to DisneyWorld, because everyone in line lived in TEXAS!!! Also, considering its Spring Break at every school in Texas!!!

Now after 30 minutes of waiting… I finally got our pizzas and I had already sent the girls to find us a table. So off I went carrying a huge tray full of 3 pizzas, 3 salads, and 3 drinks.

What a balancing act I did!!!

I spotted the girls OUTSIDE!!!! I love eating outside; it’s my favorite place to eat anytime I eat…

BUT, have you ever tried to maneuver out those doors at PP. They are incredibly hard… Well, low and behold I made it through the doors.

But

This sweet little old man that came through the doors about 5 minutes later, he didn’t make it and his tray fell to the ground with all his pizzas and drinks. I felt so sorry for him; he gathered the stuff on the ground and threw most of it in the trash.

Finally 2 Disney Personal came and started cleaning it up, but no one said anything about the little old man sitting way over yonder who lost most of his lunch. So I went to the manager type lady and told her that the gentleman way over yonder dropped the tray and someone should go over and get him some more food. Over to the gentleman she went and sitting with him must have been his sweet wife and an Autistic son. She talked with them and hopefully she got them all fixed up.

After Pizza it was time ToT!!! Yes, Pizza lunch all over the place…

We got to ToT way to fast so we had to wait for a few minutes, so we sat in the smoking area by RnRC... We didn't realize that it was the smoking area until we sat down and since we don't smoke, we felt really odd sitting there, but we couldn't find anywhere else to sit...

Finally it was 1:30, time for me to ride ToT...

It was a quick 7 minutes into the elevator.

I love this ride but I can only do it once… It just takes my stomach away!!!

I love the whole anticipation of riding in the dark, holding on so tight that your knuckles are all white...

Then your place and lock into the elevator shaft and baam..... Your dropped, and than up you go... as your stomach is still going down, and then you have this odd feeling as it goes up and over, kind of like the zipper ride at the fair. Than it falls again, and you go way down than all the way back up to the top or where ever it wants to stop... and so on and so on. And then you get off going "I love this ride, I love this ride!!! It's so awesome.

She is the nurse at Outback at Crier Creek. It is the summer camp for kids. Woods was where we went for several years during Labor Day weekend.

To bad she doesn't work Woods she could have met my Brady!!!! I bet she does a fabulous job as a nurse... I'll have to google Crier Creek and see where it is and what they have to offer. Brady wants us to come to Woods this summer but I don't think it's going to work out.

Dev had a great time! She looked so beautiful (of course, I'm biased though!) They did the after prom IHOP run and then went to a friends and played video games. Not quite what I envisioned but hey, at least they were safe and had fun! Devyn's date was a friend of hers as well. Much to mom's dismay.. he's such a nice kid. Oh well!

The girls looked like they had such a good time. I just love the color of Rae's dress! So so pretty!

You know my dh and i have always said we are moving to DW when we retire but i've never thought about our dd going to college there! duh! you will need to do a whole report on the moving process and keep us up to date on Rae and her adventure.
