Well I took DD to her archery competition yesterday and when I arrived to collect her they hadn't finished shooting so I got to watch a couple of her rounds which was good. I was then told by one of the adults that we had to wait for the presentations although I had wanted to go home as it was getting cold in the field by then. I'm so glad I did stay though as DD came 2nd in the junior girls section and she was also given a trophy for getting the 2nd highest in their club shooting points over the last year. To top it off, she was also certified as now being a 2nd class - she was previously a 3rd class - so she is beating DH. I really hope she continues with her archery as she does seem to have talent in it.
