I made the remark to my own favorite Cast Member several months ago that it would be nice if the stores carried some of the nicer rack pins, had pin trading events every now and then and put lanyards on the CMs. Wasn't there a post a few months ago urging everyone to make recommendations to their local stores to try to enliven pin interest there?

Yes there was I remember that. So they have taken their advise. Pin trading will be in 10 disney stores to see how it works out. If it does it should be in most of the disney stores. This is per our district manager. She called our store from California just to tell us this.

I really like the idea of CMs wearing lanyards at TDS. Gives those of us who can't visit the parks an opportunity to trade more often. Keeping my fingers crossed it works out!

How would they refresh the CM lanyards in the stores?
It's not like the parks with the endless available stock.
