you've been planning your trip for 5 months and you can finally make your ADRs and get what you want.

Still hoping to swap a few for packages when released but happy with what I've got. Now that we're out of the free dining period it seems like a lot has opened up. Even got the 6:15 HDDR, which is still missing in the fall, after resigning myself to the 4pm. Hoping that mystery is resolved, now I am emotionally invested!

Nice! We have a trip coming up in January and this will be our first one planned more than 180 days out. For all of our trips so far, we've booked about four months out and I've had to stalk ADRs and make multiple changes, usually right up until the time of the trip. It'll be nice to get everything we want (or close to it) in one shot in advance!

This was my easiest year getting dining ressies that I wanted 180 days out,...but it was before free dining was released.

I'm confused about F! packages? It's been a long time, we did a Mama Melrose/Fantasmic package once, and really enjoyed dinner. I always assumed you could get them 180 days out? When do they usually release them?

We are going during a non-free dining time this fall and it was the easiest time I've ever had making ADR's. I got everything I wanted within about 15 minutes of my preferred time.

They sometimes don't release these right way until the F! schedule is released. Right now only F! packages are through end of november, nothing for december. BOOOO.

Yes, the first half of the trip where free dining impacted was a bit harder but it eased up toward the end of the week as free dining people were checking out (last check in day is the monday before my trip). But when it's in the full free dining, it has been a nightmare... but hopefully a lot of those will free up.

yeah free dining seems to be the last thorn in the side to planning 180 days in advance!
