:cool1: :cheer2:  :jumping1: :woohoo:

Just loaded my on-board account with $2,864 from my DVA (after my last Disney Gift Card churn) and I am happy to say that ALL excursions, gratuities and excess ($218 for souvenirs, miscellaneous/extra gratuities) are PAID for! Cruise has been paid for awhile now. Hotel: check. Flights: Check. Train: Check.

T-minus 21 days until we leave for Seattle for 10 amazing days! What a great feeling. I've been enjoying reading all of the threads (related to the Alaskan Cruise or not) so I can be prepared for my first Disney Cruise and first time to Alaska. All that still needs to be paid for are things to be paid at time of service i.e. taxis, baggage service after cruise, food in Seattle and Vancouver, tips for excursions and paying my little sister to house sit/dog sit.

We're fortunate that our hotel in Seattle was gifted to us as well as our tickets to the Angels/Mariners game (including food!).

Thank you to everyone for all of the help - can't wait for our cruise! :cloud9:

Here's a tip... If by day five you are already running out of space, go to the post office and send yourself a priority mail package.

Did you do it through a TA or call dcl yourself when preloading your acct?

God how will you mange to spend 2864 on board on one cruise. That's a fair bit

We're doing a helicopter/ dog sled adventure which eats into two thirds of that amount. Gratuities is over $300 and then a couple smaller excursions. Happy to say I saved close to 40% on it all! (Spent about $1,600 on over $2,800 in gift cards)

You must call yourself. 1-800-511-9333. It was super easy.

That's really good

Wish I could afford to spend that amount on board lol

We normal do a few cheap excursions and we both like to have a good few drinks at night but normal just have the cocktail of the day to make things cheaper lol

I also saved about $2,500 on the cruise itself. Free hotel. Free tickets to a ball game (including food). Good rates on our train ride and flights. Our what would be $12,000 10 day vacation was really $7,200 for our family of 4.

Visit the Budget Board if you haven't already to learn how to save :thumbsup2

I want to more on how you did this. The best I can see are about 5% on Target cards. This is a 40% savings and can't figure out how it is done.

Very difficult to explain, unfortunately. It takes weeks of reading on the Disney Gift Card Deals thread on the Budget Board. Unfortunately, many of the effective savings loopholes have been closed or affected. But, there's ALWAYS ways to save well over 5%.

Sadly I don't think I can use all these gift cards as I live in Uk

I don't think I will ever have that moment when everything is paid for because I keep booking another and another! Lol. Congrats to you though!

Too funny! Still debating what our next vacation will be. For sure Bahamas December 2017 but that will be a big one so probably little vacations between this one and that one.
