Can somebody kindly tell me if that is 499 days from your arrival day or your departure date?

I recently called and a CM informed me about the 499 day rule so it does exist but I'm not sure on which date it "starts". Based on making other reservations I would think it means your start date but don't hold me to that. :goodvibes

It is from your departure date. They open days one at a time, so you could make a reservation 499 days from your arrival date for one day. Then the next day call and add another day to your reservation and so on until you have all the days you need. Or just wait until 499 days from the day you plan to leave and do it all at once.
