Thankyou all so much for all your messages to me which Natty relayed back to me, it meant so much to me
I am up( at long last) and about today hobbling around.
I have had a slipped disc before and a trapped nerve, but i have never ever experienced pain like this.
All I did was go in the bath on Friday morning, leant forward to turn the tap off and my back completely went, i was stuck in the bath in agony.
managed to get out get down stairs and on the sofa. Poor natalie was so good, and I never want her to see me in that state again ever.
The doc came out and gave me valium which helped. I still have a swollen leg and numb foot, hopefully it should get better in the next few days.
I am sleeping back upstairs now in my own bed tonight!

I had valium and strong anti- spasmodics when I did my back - gotta love that valium I agree the pain is tremendous.

I don't no if you have tryed the heat pads with you stick on your back but it could be worth ago if you have'nt as i use these quite often.

Dh has had a lot of worry with me and then his dad who was rushed into hospital on sunday morning with breathing problems, they think he has a clot on his lung he's 81.
so its been a very bad weekend to say the least
