Thanksgiving Wkend!!! BCV Nov 27,28&29 For rent!! & Extra Points To Rent!!

Hi Everyone,

I have sold most of my previously displayed points. I am now down to this booked stay at the BCV for Nov 27th , 28th & 29th. in a 1BR. The total points for this stay are 95. We ask to rent them at $10.00 per point for a total rental fee of $950.00. That leaves us with an additional 34 points that we would just like to transfer to a DVC member with out having to make a reservation. Those we would like to rent for $9.50 per point.

Of course I will try to accomadate any requests.

Do you mean you have a one bedroom for 95 points ,as a studio is 47 points for Nov.27-29th and a one berdroom is 95 points?

Hi everyone.. thank you Poohbear... Yes the room at the BCV is a one bedroom.. and the 34 points are use year 2004, so they can be banked and used for 2005. I also have a stay booked at OKW Studio Oct. 11-14 for a total of 24 points that can be rented... If anyone is intersted.

OH how the best plans change!!!
