Ok it's been a while like June 219 long. . .

1. 60 day mark now right? what t time online 8 AM or 7 AM? am I booking the same way online as in the past?
2. what's up with restaurants? they all open now. I'm only talking signature places in the hotels. jiko, il mulino, yatchsman, and flying fish. Disney springs area: homecoming, polite pig, and yamomoto. I assume they are open.
3. space . . . . what do you guys think. . . my kids are asking about it. . . lunch? just to see it. is it impossible to get into? is dinner any good. we tend to avoid most park eateries. its just never positive.
4. don't care about any character or show places.
5. last thing: mobile ordering. do you have to use it for all lunch places that are counter service? can you walk up if you want?

thanks! im pretty freaked out about all this. I feel like a rookie. I'm only giving in cause of my kids and wife. I said I wouldn't but I did. I miss it I really do.

any kid bits for you guys would be aweeeesome!

6 AM Eastern online, 7 AM for the phone. Pretty much the same as before, although some people report having better luck booking by going to the specific restaurant first, then searching for the date they want, as opposed to choosing the date first and then the restaurant.

Yes, all the places you list are open. On the Disney website or in MDE, search for the restaurant name to find days and hours they're open (some signatures are closed a couple of days a week).

Space 220 has both a restaurant and a lounge, and they're reserved separately. The restaurant is prix-fixe only, i.e. each person is charged a designated amount based on child aged 3-9 or adult aged 10+ and has several choices for each course. In the lounge, each person can choose between the lounge menu (appetizers) or the same prix-fixe menu that's served in the restaurant. The lounge and restaurant are both in the same large room; to me, the lounge has the better view of the "windows into space" because it's farther back and a bit elevated. Because of the view and the fact that each person has more choices in what they eat, I'd try for ADR for the lounge. The lunch and dinner prix-fixe menus are slightly different, and lunch is less expensive.

Most CS restaurants offer mobile order, but you don't have to use it. We do find it convenient because we like having our choice of meal times and being able to make our food selections early, when we're not so starving that we don't make good choices, so we generally choose a restaurant and place an order several hours in advance. You don't pay for it until you're actually on your way there and click Prepare My Order. Some very popular eating places, like Woody's in Toy Story Land (DHS), book up hours in advance, others you can place and pick up your order within the next half hour.

Thanks sooooo much. I would not have realized certain places being own only certain days. We have 2 weeks still so I’ll hit all ears for menus and check in the app about hours. Thanks for the info.

I found steakhouse 71 also today. My buddy said they have had 3 pretty good diners there so far and said the Berger at lunch is also pretty good like others have said. We will have to try that maybe also. Man I feel like a rookie again. Horrible feeling. We were spoiled being there 2-3 times a year. Never any stress to get it done. We got 9 full full parks days if we can’t get done all the new stuff since 2019 we messed up somewhere. I’ll keep telling myself that.
