Thanksgiving waitlist

I am on the waitlist for Thanksgiving Day, Thursday the 27th. Anyone else waiting for that evening, or is it just me? Now that we are getting closer to the 30 day mark, I'm losing all hope.

I've been waitlisted for a 2 BR PV at BWV since 9 AM at the 7 month mark for 11/26 and 11/27 to complete the rest of our week at WDW for Thanksgiving. It has not come through yet and I am feeling doubtful it will. We have a ressie at OKW for those nights so at least we have a reservation. Normally, I like to move to new resorts mid stay but we have my elderly parents with us this trip - one blind and the other on a scooter. It would just be easier to stay in one resort for the full week. I think my last hope will be the 30 day mark when members cancel ressies before they lose their points. If not, we are still excited as well as my parents to be spending Thanksgiving in WDW. I can't wait to see the Christmas decorations!! Good luck on your waitlist.

Funny, I'm on a waitlist for a two bedroom at OKW. Hopefully your waitlist comes through and then it trickles down to me!!! Unfortunately, even member services told me yesterday, it doesn't look good for those of us waiting for that day.

We are on the waitlist - everywhere for a 2br for 11/26 and 11/27 from the 7th month mark. I thought for sure there would be cancellations this year, but no go so far. We didn't clear the wait list two years ago either and had to move. But this year it's more of a pain because we are staying through the 2nd weekend instead of leaving on the 27th. I would reallly like to have the OKW waitlist come thru so that we are in one place the whole time......because as it stands now we are moving 3 times. We will essentially live out of suitcases for the entire trip which will make me crazy.

We have a 2BR at WVL on cash at present for the middle two nights. I may take a cheaper alternative for those two nights if nothing happens.

It's a bummer. But if my DH had decided to make this trip earlier than the 7th month mark we would have been fine.
