Thanksgiving or Christmas

We have been to Disneyland 6 times in the last 12 years. Since the two grandsons are now in high school, it is difficult to miss school. The last trip in 2022 was the week of Christmas and I have never seen it so crowded! It was literally elbow-to- elbow people. I use an electric scooter chair and spent most of the time just stopped in the middle of the mob. We are considering going this year the week of Thanksgiving. Will it be as bad as Christmas? Or are the crowds smaller now with the current economy? We dislike the summer due to the hot weather. We stay onsite at GCH so we can escape for breaks.

It has been a while, but pre-Covid, we did Thanksgiving several times and Christmas once. We found that Turkey day was not that bad nor black Friday, but leading up, that week was pretty crazy. Only time we did Christmas day it was beyond a mad house, did about 3 things all day, no thanks.

Hopefully someone who has gone more recently during those holiday breaks can chime in. But I would vote Thanksgiving and the few days after versus Christmas.
