Thanksgiving Itenerary any Advice?

Ok for our first trip - 6 nights, 5 days at WDW. First 3 nights at AS Movies, then 3 nights at WL. We are NOT getting hopper tickets, I think that will be too much for the kids hopping park to park DD 5 & DS 8. (Plus save a few bucks)
Day 1 MK dinner at Tonys Town Square
Day 2 MK dinner at Royal Table
Day 3 Thanksgiving Day AK, dinner either at Whispering Canyon or Downtown so we can shop afterwards (wofgan puck cafe probably)
Day 4 Epcot dinner at Coral Reef
Day 5 MGM lunch at Toy Story Pizza and dinner at 50's Prime Time
I was thinking Thanksgiving will be crowded, so hit MK first 2 days (most important to us), but it would be fun and memorable to go to MK on Thursday and eat at Royal Table. Thanks everyone!
