We were there from Feb. 25th to March 5th.

Due to circumstances that were unforeseeable, my dh wasn't able to travel with by plane with dd and I.

He took the bus. Left on Thursday morning and arrived in Orlando on Sat. morning. We had received a message saying he would be there on Friday morning. We decided to go to MK but left his room card at the Conceirges desk with a note. We explained to the CM why were leaving his card. The Cm (I think her name was Julie) was so nice and told us if there was anything we needed just to let them know. She told us that she could get bus or train schedules for dh but that they couldn't make the arrangements. We were okay until Friday evening....then we started to get worried. By Sat am, he still wasn't there. I went down to the lobby and called our home thinking there might be a message or something. There was nothing on our answering machine. I went to the Conceirge counter again to leave another message with dh's room card. As soon as I started to talk to the CM, I started to blubber. I couldn't stop. After I was able to compose myself, she also said that if we needed anything to let them know. Went back to the room and about 45 mins later, DH arrived.

I didn't see those CM's after that to thank them. We were in and out of the hotel for the rest of the time and I would always look out for them.

So if I got Julie's name wrong, I am sorry.

However, these two ladies will recognize themselves if they read this.
