Ross - thanks for being such a help when the room a/c was not working as well as it should and we needed to move to another room. There was a little mix up on the number to contact you and I am glad you found us and helped us get everything straightened out. As soon as I find a way to email the hotel directly, I'll send them and email with more details. Thx bunches!
