Thanks you so much to Joy in DVC customer corespondance. I had asked about things I could do to make a trip special for my wiife on her birthday and she was just great. I got to say she went so far above and beyond the call of duty, words can not express my thanks Patrick, who works in the watch shop on mainstreet in the Magic Kingdom, made a unbelievable birthday button for my wife. He needs to pursue a career in caligraphy, what a talent. Also had an front desk clerk at the Boardwalk Villa's do a button for my wife in Manderin, again it was so cool unfortunately I do not remember her name. This was the best trip ever to the world and all made possible by unbelievable customer care. Thanks to all Don S
