A co-worker of mine had booked a Fairytale Vacation package (without my assistance) and proceeded to book her trip for 6 nights instead of 7.
Of course the day after she did this online, she brought me the print-out and had me look it over. I pointed out that she'd only booked for 6 nights, and she asked me if I thought she should try to go online and change it.
Right away I picked up the phone and called WDTC to see if anything could be done, and thanks to Ted's perseverence, I was able to add a night to her trip (she hasn't been to WDW since before Epcot, Disney MGM and Animal Kingdom opened) for a grand total of $.08 difference!!!
Thanks so much Ted!!! You added a bucket of Pixie Dust to my friend's trip in July!!!
