I came to this board tonight for some consolation. I starved myself (it felt) all week and I only lost 2 whole pounds. Then I read about people following things and actually gaining weight, and I thought "that could happen. So consider yourself lucky-keep at it". And to think I was so down and unmotivated, ready to give up. And then I also found out from these boards that I'm not the only one obsessed with weighing myself. I finally had to tell DH to hide the scale and only bring it out for me once a week for weigh in. So thanks everyone! 16 more pounds to go!
