Thankyou to everyone. We just got back . The trip went so well, because of all of you. We just had the best trip that cost us less than any other year. Now I start over.
When I went only first trip someone on here warned me. Once you go all you do is try and get back. They could not be so right. Again thank you to my Disboard family.

Our first trip my husband was 100% under the impression that it was a vacation "just for the kids". Day 2 of an 8 night stay, we are heading back the resort for our afternoon nap and I caught him saying, "Next time, we should..." I interrupted him and said, "NEXT TIME? I thought we were just going to Disney ONCE for the kids" He just glared and said, "Obviously you knew all along that we would be coming back."

My husband says no Disney again for a long time after this. I have very vocally let him know I plan to go with my sister for a few days in the next few years. I wonder if I'll catch him saying something similar during our trip in December.

DH when planning the 1st trip was 1 and done. DD got in high school and he said we should go again. Now we are AP/DVC members with between 1-3 trips per year and DD moved to the FL. It can be addicting.

I did my first Disney race (the half marathon) in January. By the time, I was finishing up the training, I was all about the "one and done." My friend and I also did the 5K. For various reasons, she didn't do a lot of training and was unsure that she could finish. I don't think we had even finished when she was saying "next year, I think I could do the 10K" and I was all like "what do you mean NEXT YEAR?" Then I finished my race and started talking about "next year." Disney is VERY good at that!!!

I went for the first time in 2010. And then in 2012. And then in 2013. And then I promised DH I wouldn't go back until Star Wars and this wait has about killed me.

We cant wait for star wars. And it's the first time my dh said he wouldn't mind paying 1000 a night for the hotel....lol
