I am not sure if the CM's go on these sites but I must say. While we was at the Wilderness Lodge, going to eat at Whispering Canyon, My son got sick all over the main lobby of the hotel. The CM was wonderful called maintence to clean up the mess and continued to ask my son, husband and myself if there was anything she could do for us. What wonderful people they have working at the WORLD, I wish we could all be so kind.
