We were at Mermaid on Saturday July 10th. While exiting the ride, my son realized that his IPOD fell out of his pocket while getting up. He tried to turn around and go pick it up, but because of time restraints, he was asked to leave the auditorium.
We went to the entrance of the show and spoke with the CM there. She assured us she would look for it and to return in 20 minutes. We decided to wait until she came back out. Unfortunately, after an hour, we didnt see her.
A little while later, we came back and met steven. He called Guest relations to check for us, and was very gracious to do so. He said it sounded like it had been turned in there. At that point I was very happy, because after waiting an hour and not hearing back from the original CM, I was glad he was so kind to us.
We went to Guest relations, and sure enough, it had been turned in..Janelle then gave us comp fast passes which allowed us to see Toy Story Mania, much to our children's delight, as it was about an 80 minute wait all day long, and it looked like they wouldnt get to see the ride.
Thanks again to the CM's at Mermaid who found the IPOD and turned it in. And a special thanks to Steven for making the call, and to Janelle for offering us the fast passes.
Really made what couldve been a horrible day, no TSM, no IPOD, into something magical.:woohoo::woohoo::woohoo::woohoo::woohoo:
