I’m Almost at 3 hours on hold. Does anyone know what todays wait time is? I was never told one. Weird. Is that a new thing?
Shoot! I just realized I gave info numbers for cruise in 11 months not the one in 3 weeks!

Never mind… I got disconnected after three hours and 36 minutes.
Crying now.

I used the 833-325-2392 line and got through in minutes today..
Going to try this now.
Turns out this is technical support. But they did answer in minutes and she is still waiting on a supervisor for answers on my problems. She said it was a 25 minute wait for super visors currently.

I called last night (Friday) at 7:04. I told my husband, lets call Disney Cruise line and play a few rounds of cards until they answer. We dealt the first cards and boom, they answered the phone. So it was less than a 5 minute wait. I called the regular 800 number and did not put my reservation number in. I was shocked to get through so quickly. Maybe Friday night is the time to call and I heard somewhere not to put your reservation number in so they think you are booking a new cruise. Don’t know how true that is, but I got through quickly last night.
 

Depending on what you want we successfully cancelled 2 of our cruises via the email option this week. It took a couple of days to reply but they did it. Now having to move a cruise with a on board discount I still will call...
 
Saturday evening I was able to call and cancel two cruises. Total time for the call was less than one hour. There was no message telling me how long the wait time was.

I did forget to ask one question, and am hoping someone here may know -- the refund will go back onto my credit card. How long does it usually take for that to actually happen ? i.e. how long until I should expect to see the refund show up on my credit card ?

ETA: I should say, the wait was under an hour and the speaking to a human part about 10 minutes. Total time less than an hour.

So if I had to guess the new hires started/are having test calls with supervisors over the shoulder. So not working from home yet, if they even do. I’m so stressed for them when the calls pour in on the new itineraries.

Usually 7-10 business days. But it may take longer to show on your card depending on where you are in the billing cycle.
