I admit, I don't post here often, in fact, not in a looong time. But as I sit here reading these threads, tears (of all kinds) running down my face, I have to let you all know that I haven't been this touched in a long time.

It so easy to get jaded in this world, and I can't seem to find the words to my feelings about Nathan, his amazing parents, and the absolutely wonderful members of this board!

There are ANGELS everywhere and God, in his infinite wisdom knows what he does....

I just discovered this site yesterday and all I can say is WOW!!

What an incredible group of people and what a wonderful thing you are doing for the Page family. I write this through tears of joy at the outpouring of love that has happened here. Just when I get overwhelmed with the stress of daily life, you remind me that the world is full of exceptional people and to be thankful for all the Lord's blessings in my life.

I arrived home this afternoon to find a package on our front step. I looked at the return address, and it was from the Page Family. I opened the box, read a beautiful letter from Nate's mom, and saw this beautiful "Mickey" blanket that Christina had hand stitched herself. Needless to say, I was quite misty-eyed.
I just wanted to publicly thank Eric, Christina, Nick, Nate, and Nash Page for this beautiful gift, this is just the right size for me to use while I am relaxing, in my Lazy Boy!!!

I just noticed the pictures are crooked behind me on the wall. That only means one thing, my DW was dusting today. LOL!!! Everytime she dusts, I have to go around and fix all the photos, and believe me, we have a lot of photos on the wall.

It was also very nice to have when I came in from work this evening and crashed on the living room couch. My DD took a picture of me, covered with the Mickey blanket, while I was sleeping. I sent a copy of the photo to the Page Family, I hope they get a nice chuckle out of that photo!!!

Sometimes in this world, unfortuanlty, we have to deal with some folks that were just born mean - you are down and feel like an 18 wheeler hit ya - you log on, come to a certain thread and then all sense of loyalty, love, compassion surrounds you and then you realize by gosh, the world is full of so much love and compassion -I was wrong about people - my hat off to all of those that show and give so much this on this board. Someday the "paybacks" are going to be well worth it. Wait and you will see.

You got that right. There have been times since I moved to Florida and have been a wee bit homesick, and my Dis family is always there. I can't wait to meet Andy next week at the Radisson, it's a short drive for me but I'll get to meet some of those Dis folks before they cruise.
