Thank you Chef T.J. for the special treatment.
DW and I went Boma in Dec 07 and had the pleasure of meeting Chef T.J. at Boma. DW has food allergies and as always at WDW the Chef come to the table to discuss the allergies. Chef T.J. came to the table and then walked the buffet line DW. While going thru the line Chef T.J. would say yes/no and then stated that he would make the dish up special. This was since he could not be sure that nothing touched that DW was allergic to. Chef T.J. made several plates up for DW and then made a special dessert ( which had enough for me also ). This was a magicial moment for DW and I.
The end of July 08 DW,DD, and I went WDW to celebrate DW and DD birthday's (21 and 50). I was able to find out when Chef T.J. was working and made ADR' for Boma. I found out that Chef T.J. has a following form the manager at Ohana's.
Chef T.J. was still at Boma. DW,DD, and I had dinner at Boma. Chef T.J. again came out to the table, walked the buffet with DW and made the special foods. Chef T.J. Thank you and good luck at OHANA's
