3-4 months ago i sustained an injury that had me ambulating on crutches, cane, and even a scooter...until last week. i'm walking on my own now and my doctor said yesterday that I could start exercising.
(I had been training for the Walt Disney World Marathon, but that will be postponed for now.)
But you, those on these boards, helped me through. I went on a disney cruise with my crutch -- you helped me deal with it, get around, and had an awesome cruise.
I went to Walt Disney World -- with my crutch, and you convinced me to get an ECV, helped me get around, and truly because of that i had one of the best vacations ever.
there are many more with morw serious illnesses than I, and I appreciate it all, and I don't want to take anything for granted...
i just want to give thanks...many to thank, but i dont want to forget these boards. thank you all! healing to you all!
