It's been a bad day in our house. First, I discovered my daughter had left a bag since Sunday on my wood floors that had a leaky squirt gun in it. So, my engineered hardwoods are in the process of drying out. Thank goodness it was water and nothing sugary, and hopefully they won't be permanently swollen too badly.
After that I came upstairs to pull the pictures off my camera from our trip to Disney last week. Well, the card showed No Pictures. UGH I had just used it this afternoon and knew the pics were there and had about 10 left. So, when I picked up my daughter from her friend's house, I asked her if she had been messing with the camera and had deleted any pictures. She fessed up that she had, but she didn't realize she had deleted all of them. <sigh> So, I searched around the web and found www.flashfixers.com. They have a great utility that allowed me to recover the last batch of pictures that had been on the card! It was worth the $39.95 just to have them all back.
So, my daughter will live to see another day.
