I want to Thank my Buzzie teammates for the last two years of keeping me motivated, making me laugh, introducing me to new races and creating new friendships.

I want to Thank the Goofy Support Group whom made me feel so much better about the Goofy Challenge when I may have been doubting myself.

What a great little place we have here. WISHers Rock!

2005 WISH team for your inspiration adn those of you who stayed on to be come my teammates.

2006 WISH team for getting my throuhg #1. Where would I be now without all of my WISH friends and my racing?

Lynne (even though she's not around much anymore) for putting the word tri in my head.

Tracy - For adding so much energy and being a great support.

Anne - for being our WISH ambassador

Matt - You are just one amazing man! Thank you for ALL you do!

Jeff - FOr ebing positive no matter what and thinkign the best of everyone, even when we don't always deserve it.

Betsy - For turning around to come introduce yourself. That takes so much during a race!

For everyone who ever thanked me or said somethign special when ordering a shirt. Makes it a labor of love.

For everyone who every stopped and siad hi on or off the course! Belieev it or not, it's hard for me to meet people initially and I am so grateful fro all who introduce themselves.

For every WISHer I saw during the full this year. ONLY other WISHers could take my worst full time wise and turn it into my best time ever on the course.

Special thanks to Craig, Krista, TIm and Tricia, who shared so much time with me on course!

AWWW Thanks Carrie - your post just made me cry but happy tears not sad. I was so happy I was able to see you during the full. You helped me get through the Princess and I wanted to definately see you at the full. I am glad I was able to spend time with you on the course and I am glad I was finally able to meet Scott. I am glad the WISH team was able to turn your bad race into a great time. That is what is so wonderful about our team.

I also have to say thanks to Tracy - her bubbly personality makes it hard to not be friends with her. I am glad we had a chance to catch up at the WISH meet at Pop on Friday. I also was so happy to see you at the water stop. I know I asked you which one you would be at but I have a habit of not paying good enough attention to details and of course I forgot which one you said you would be at. Then I wasn't sure if you would be on the same side of the road as I was on. I hope I didn't scare you when I gave you a hug - at that point it was nice to see a friendly face. I also was happy to see you right outside the Studios - thanks for the Twizzlers.

The entire WISH team - I also wanted to say thanks to the entire WISH team - I started this running/walking thing after hearing someone at WDW talking about their experience running the marathon in 2006. I had been a part of DIS but finally stumbled across the WISH team in 2006 but stopped running for a year. I finally became a full time member when I offically started running/walking for good in June 2007. I remember being too shy to even go introduce myself before the 2007 TOT 13k. Now I am yelling out Go WISH to any WISHer I see. It has taken me awhile but I realize this team is the one thing that keeps me active so a big THANK YOU to WISH for keeping me going.

Carrie and Scott - For being there. From the August Tri - to Mainstreet, to waiting till I came to Mile 12 - it was a cold wet day - then you met us at the finish line - where I know Tim and I were NOT coherrent! Thank you, truly!

WDWFan/Pat and DH/Jim Thank you for cheering me on and finding me at so many races!! Thank you for your spirit and determination!! Thank you for all you do!!

ThunderMatt - you are thanked often I know, but its a hard place to be, last - at mile 10, knowing everyone behind me may be swept - to be able to look up and focus on the finish - THAT's what you gave me!! Thank you!

Jeff - for your spirit and joy! Thank you for sharing pictures, and advice!

Scream Team - You were out there - and I dont know your names! But it meant something when you saw my shirt and screamed for me!! Thank you!

Water Stop Red #2 - what an experience!! Thank you Judy for organizing and getting me there!! I may never do that again!! LOL

Erika/3DisneyKids - thank you for thinking WISH when you are going thru a family crisis!! I wanted you to know I thought of you - and was glad you werent sitting out in that cold, ice, snow!! hope all is going well!

Beth (CreativeBeth): For being a Leaner (former Lean Meaner) extraordinaire! You've been the guiding spirit of that thread, sticking with us, motivating those of us who too often slink away after a bad weekend, bad week, bad month... You're generous with your time and knowledge, and always support every WISHer with his or her goals. I always feel like I have a personal training and motivational coach wrapped up into one little, lime-green package with you!

Sandy (Sandy321): For keeping these recent discussions about the teams, and how WISH develops, so upbeat and focused on the WISH mottos and goals! I know these discussions can be difficult for people, especially with so many different interests and hopes, and your comments keep leading us back to what makes WISH special! You're one of the reasons why!

Frank (Firedancer): When I think of someone who really makes an effort to contribute to all aspect of WISH, I think of you. You post regularly to the monthly thread and many of the training/gear/race threads--making you a great example of how we don't need to belong to a team to belong to WISH . But you also are a regular face on the main WISH forum. As someone who visits the rest of WISH too infrequently, I admire your dedication to the entire WISH community. (And you have good advice, too!)

Tricia (TnTsParty): You're one of those people whose training I always follow, somewhat with envy. You really push yourself to do your utmost, and are always willing to try new things. As someone who falls into a fitness rut/comfort zone, I love the inspiration. What's more, you've offered us a great way to kickstart 2010 with the virtual Valentine's Day 5K/10K race. (And have I mentioned you have mad medal design skills? )

More to come...I'm just getting started with this party folks!

I've already said this on the Thank you, thank you, thank you thread, but I really can't say it enough: THANKS to all the Wish Team for making this weekend so special -- from Laurie and Kira and Charlie and John and others in my corral to Maura and Kathy and all the others at the finish line -- and all the WiSHers who cheered and volunteered inbetween -- I felt supported, cheered, and loved from start to finish. You really do rock!

Just got home from the airport and threw the first load of clothes in the laundry -- Next on my list was thanking all you guys for all the cheering, the volunteering, the pre-race encouragement, the pep talks, and the prayers. I am not going to try to name ALL the names because I would be certain to leave someone out and you ALL meant so much to me! So if you are not mentioned here, blame it on my memory and do not think you were not appreciated.

Very special thanks to Matt, who did the math for me on the marathon course and assured me I would complete my 5th Goofy within the time limit. He lifted the weight of the world off my shoulders! To Carrie who emailed me when I was planning on dropping out of Goofy and helped bouy my flagging spirits. To Laurie who kept me laughing in the corrals pre-race. And to John who told me from the start of the marathon that I was certainly going to finish (when I was not at all certain). Cam and the cookies, the pretzels at the turnaround, and Jeanne and Juan and so many others at the water stop that I cannot remember now through my race-world fog. WiSHers EVERYWHERE on the course screaming my name -- for the half and the full -- You folks were EVERYWHERE! How do you do that?!?!?!? You cannot imagine what seeing those friendly faces in the crowd means! Words cannot express my gratitude. I wish that there was a new more sincere, more geniune, unquestionably more meaningful way to say THANKS to you all from the bottom of my heart. BIG HUG!!!

Thanks to Carrie and DH, Scott, Diane and Margie, the first real-live in-the-flesh WISHers that I met. There is something about meeting all of these wonderful people live that really makes you feel like you are part of the WISH team. And they were there at the Martian Marathon two years ago.

HI! I haven't been around in a while... no Disney races in the future for me. However... I want to tell everyone who did the 5K, Half or Full a few weeks ago how very proud I am of you! It was crazy cold there and didn't realize it until I saw on someone's facebook page exactly how cold it was since I wasn't there in person.

I joinied WISH a few years ago and received a lot of support on my journal and really appreciate that. I've gotten so much support from WISH as a whole that I can't even begin to thank everyone.

I kept up with a few folks on facebook but since I'm not actively training for anything I don't feel like I can really contribute to anything going on around here... I hope to be back to Disney in the next few years, but we'll see what happens.

I may have a triathlon ahead and so...I may show up on that thread...if it is still out there.

A Big THANK YOU to all of WISH!!!
