Thank a Cast Member?

We just returned from a very magical trip. Every single time we go we are wowed by CM. This is the first time we have lost a child. I'd like to send a shout out to the CM and security team that found my little one quickly (although it didn't feel like it at the time). What / Where is the best way to send some praise their direction?

To give them praise and compliments you fill out the little CM cards within the parks. I assume they have them at guest service Windows. They'll be handed to the correct CM.

I believe their called "Applause-o-gram"

You can email your thanks. Be sure to include all the pertinent details and your thanks will be extended to all the CMs who were involved.

Going to the Guest Relations office as you leave the park is usually the easiest- they have special forms right there. But once you are home, you can email Disney at this address: wdw.guest.communications@disneyworld.com

Include as much info as possible about the CMs- the name, where they are from, where they were working, and what time. Kudos from guests do get to the CMs. More importantly, they get to their supervisors, and these are noted on their records.
