Just a quick question for my sanity lol. Just had to change all my flights due to Flybe changing the times for east kids to cr*p ones lol. So now I've got that sorted.... Thought I'd check out the again as previous flights didn't work too well but think they may this time....

Flybe lands at terminal 2e which I understand is very close to the tgv.... How easy it is to get from arrivals to the tgv (is it well signposted) and how much time wud b needed.... If flight lands at 9:05 cud we catch the 10:16 tgv (have 1 hold bag to collect) or is that pushing it..... Lol

Flight back is easy as can get a tgv back that gives us 2 hrs to get from tgv to flight departing.... Just trying to work out the quickest/easiest/cheapest lol

Shuttle is still quickest and easiest Nikki ;).
You should be fine booking the 10.16 tgv if your flight is due to land at 9.05am, even with hold luggage to collect.

Lol Elaine.... Coming back its not as they wud want us at airport 2 hrs before n prob want to pick up at 5:30.... But with tgv it wud b 6:15 at earliest lol

And a bit cheaper (82 return instead of bout 140 euros lol)

It's *** of the bad experience with rs last June where we lost hrs waiting n n with kids getting older its harder to calm them down....

I have time to work it out lol. Just no more surprises..... Unles dlp want to upgrade us!!! Lol don't mind that surprise!!!

I'd say you should be fine with those timings Nikki.
The TGV back is so convenient. Do you have APs? We left our luggage in guest storage on our last day at the main gate so we just picked it up on our way out and didn't have to nip back to the hotel. Its free with a Dream AP :)

Kizzy... No aps, just shareholder lol I do keep toying with the idea, but we just wouldn't make the money back.... Just too far away from making lots of trips (damn lol)

We used the TGV on Sunday and Tuesday this week. Our flight landed in terminal 3 at 4:20 and we made the 4:58 train. We only had hand luggage tho, but after being told by someone outside the TGV buying area that there was no trains on today and we would have to take a bus. They eventually asked if it was just the two of us and then let us through to buy tickets. By the time we got to the window we had six minutes to buy the tickets and get on the train. For £79 in total I would have expected someone to have atleast checked my tickets.

Kizzy.... Yeah all good now I have my flights re sorted.... Now in planning for how to surprise kids at Xmas lol. Ink my shareholders still has another year as just renewed before the new ruling.... Need to get moneys worth from it lol

Joanne..... That's quick that u got thru... But not so good re tickets... I had bought of getting tickets in advance, or maybe I'd do better to brush up on French n buy as we get there!!! I know I have time, but I need to have everything planned in my head.....

It's amazing I do anything really, as with needing to know about everything exactly before doing it really can get stressful!!!!
