TF Green the Friday of President's Weekend

Normally when we fly for February vacation, we leave a few days early, and the airports are not insane just yet. This year, due to DS's school work load, and the fact that he's already missed 3 days due to a soccer tournament in FL we are not leaving until Friday, February 14th.

Our flight leaves TF Green around 2:30pm, in the past, when we've flown out of Green, it's taken us less than 15 minutes, I suspect it will be quite a bit busier when we go.

Any advice from some experienced PVD flyers?

We fly out of PVD fairly regularly. I'd guess that on that date you'll want to arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before your flight. Good luck!

That time on Friday shouldn't be AS BAD as any time Saturday or even Sunday, but I would give it 2 hours.

Thanks for the advice folks. I am nearly psychotic about not be late to airports, and was planning on 2 hours, just to be safe.

Hey, you are flying out of Green so you are 10 steps ahead of the rest of us who have to fly out of Logan !!!

I have never found Green to be overly crowded or crazy...but then again...I am use to Logan most of the time.
