OMG! Went there last night! It was awesome...pricey, but worth it.

We are considering going back again tonight. We are spending the weekend in Schaumburg, IL.

Ohh, and as my kids said many times yesterday, Derek at the Doorway to the Dreams store ROXS! We are considering a 160 point add on after the awesome tour we had yesterday. The incentives right now are great. 1000 dollar Visa gift card, free 5 night stay, 94 per point and a couple others I'm forgetting.

Deal sounds great.

Wow, those are some really great incentives! I'm hoping the rumors are true about the Doorway to the Dreams coming to NY/NJ. They really do offer the best incentives.

It is very yummy. If you have access to a printer, go to there website and sign up w/ your email address and they will send you a coupon for 25% off. You could print it today and use it tonight if you go back.

Got the coupons Noosh!! Thanks a million!! Hit Legoland today, kinda disappointing. Hit the mall, BOUGHT MORE POINTS!! and did some serious shopping. Ate at Rain Forrest Cafe (I know I know its not very good, but the kids LOVE it). Briar, there was talk of a meet, but it never came about. I'm going to Great America tomorrow if anyone wants to join me I can always use help with the 3 kiddos. I have the "fastpass" for GA, it cost money though, but I think it will be worth it.

robind, I signed up for the Texas emai club a while ago. I actually got a FREE meal for my bday, so I printed it off at the Apple store (they are so nice) and used it!

Let me mention again how AWESOME Derek was at DtD. It was so nice getting a good fix hanging in the rooms. We got all the incentives. I think I'm going to use my free week at AK before and after the cruise. They let me split it and go two nights prior to the cruise and 3 after. With 5 people it will be more comfortable for us. I was looking forward to the Dolphin, but we were getting two rooms so the deal wasn't quite as good for us.

FYI

Texas de Brasil is a churrascaria (Brasilian Barbeque). When I lived in Brasil, we could get a rodizio (all you care to eat served tableside) for the US equivalent of $2.50. It was great!

If you ever visit the Salt Lake City area, these churrascarias have become very popular. You can PM me and I can provide a list of them. Of course they are not $2.50, but they are considerable less than Texas de Brasil.

Next trip I'll do the same. I was a rookie so I didn't know what was coming my way! The mozzarella was amazing, and the smoked salmon, lobster bisque, olives, etc...
