The reference in your signature is pointing to a file on your local computer. For it to be visible to anyone but you it must be located on a web site somewhere and referenced from there. You can get your own DIS website and store any clipart or images that you want there so that they can be put into posts and signatures here. Check out these instructional threads on how to do all these things. Read through these and give it a try. If you still have questions after that, post here again and there are any number of people that will help you.

It is possible that you may see a clip in your signature but that no one else will be able to see it. It looks like you have it pointing to a file located on your local computer. You will be able to see it that way but it won't show up to anyone else here.
