Where in NE Alabama? I grew up in N Central Alabama (Cullman and Birmingham) then worked in Huntsville for many years.

I'm from Sand Mountain, if you were from around Cullman then I know you know where that is.

Anyway, I live about 60 miles east southeast of Huntsville. As a matter of fact Huntsville has the nearest Disney store. Sooooooo I go a few times a year!!

Sand Mountain sounds familiar but we left Cullman when I was 13 so I can't say that I remember it clearly.

I have family in Birmingham and Gadsden. One of my best friends is a minister in Hokes Bluff. I can't tell you the number of times that I've been to Arab, Boaz and Guntersville.
