test posting again, now it is locking me out of test posts for 2-3 minutes per time, and an hour between replies? Am i the only one with these time limitations? thanks!

The time limitations are random. It's part of the spambot protections. Any one can get hit with it.

No the time restriction pops up on newbies, mostly, since they don't have a posting history it seems. But anyone, even us old-timers can be hit with a "must wait XX minutes....." alert.

Newbies, especially since some wind up posting many posts back to back, seem to be more on the spambot radar.
