I know this type of question has been asked in the past so please feel free to re-direct me to the threads :goodvibes

Anyway, I'd like to return to WDW, next Summer, with Eve.
At the moment I have Tesco vouchers worth around £500 in deals :thumbsup2

I understand that you have to order the vouchers before you book the hol but what happens if you can't get to go when you want/need to?
Can you send your vouchers back and get a 'refund' on them? :confused3
How does it work?

I know from our point of view, we take a look at the availability first, get the booking held and take deposits, and ask the customer to send their Deals Vouchers to us within 72 hours of the booking being made.

We also ask that the customer has the vouchers in hand at the time of the booking to ensure they can meet the deadline, and we take the reference numbers of the vouchers at the time of booking to ensure they match up.
 
Yes you can send the vouchers back and they get transferred back into points.

I did this a couple of months ago as I decided to use the 10% discount with Virgin as I have a virgin mastercard so couldn't use the vouchers. I simply sent them back and got them reverted to points
