Terre Verde

Hi all,

Has anyone stayed at Terre Verde, whilst I am familiar with many of the villa developments I have never stayed here, did try and have a look around earlier this month but the security guard (quite rightly) wouldn't let us through.

I believe there is a clubhouse and children's playground etc there - would be grateful of any possible information, have some friends who are considering staying there.

Have never stayed there (Green Land ) but here are some of the facilities:

My friend owns a townhouse there, and I was due to stay there this Summer, but sadly had to cancel.
From what I can remember when I looked around last year, the whole place has a very secure clean 'feel' to it. There was a pleasant central pool with background music, loungers and a clubhouse. Each dwelling had its own pool, and it was very quiet.

Its very similar in feel to Emerald Island, (I suspect it may even have been the same builder,) But it did not seem quite as big as EI. I did not like being so far down Poinciana though so its the formossa area for us for the foreseeable future.

I agree about the location although Terre Verde is slightly nearer the 192 than many of the other developments and I think they are the same builder yes.
Just trying to get some opinions for a friend and in addition interested myself in somewhere that has some sort of on-site facilities as it were which of course many villa developments do not have.
