Terre Verde Resort, any reviews?

We are going to the World 1st week of October and I've reserved a nice condo in Terre Verde. Trip Advisor reviews are 99% positive. Anybody have experience with this resort complex? What do you think of it?

I'm especially interested in 1) Pool and Exercise facilities, and 2)commutes to Disney parks.

We enjoyed our 2 week stay in our townhouse at Terre Verde. I would say it is 20 - 30 minutes from the parks. At first we thought it was a bit far away compared to the previous year, but by the second day had changed our minds.

The pool was somewhat small but not busy every time we were there, which was almost every day. It suited our children, 8, 7 & 5 just fine. We brought diving toys and they would have stayed forever. Never worked out at the gym but it looked nice enough.

Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. It was quiet, gated and comfortable.
