I really like what I see about the two (we are looking at the three bedroom townhomes), but I'm having trouble choosing. I've stayed at EI and loved it, but the townhomes at TV have a spa and a patio.

I know about how far EI is from the Disney parks, but does anyone know about how far TV is? (In minutes if you could :) ).

Also, does anyone know if TV has a playground? Is it close to a grocery store?

Thanks!

Both were built by Park Square Homes, so similar floor plans...
Terre Verde is south on Poinciana Blvd...to Disney plan 15-20 minutes to the parking lots, 8-10 minutes to the entrance via Osceola Parkway...Go straight across 192 on Poinciana about a mile and turn left onto Osceola Parkway...will cost you 50-75 cents (It keeps going up)...so have your quarters ready as there in no toll booth and you will need to drop the change into the bin...from there it is a smooth easy drive into Disney from the east...Ted

Terra Verde is very nice. There is a kids play structure, and a beautiful pool area. It's about a 10 minute drive to WDW. There are actually 2 Super Walmart's (with grocery sections) within 5 minutes, as well as other grocery stores on 192. We've never actually stayed there, but we've been there several times hoping to purchase a unit.

A Publix supermarket at the junction of Vineland Road is less than 10 minutes drive from Terre Verde.

I am partial to Terra Verde...It is much nices to be on the east side of Disney.
The location is great and everything you need is there or close by.

I am bias with owning a home in EI.

I have been by the rental communities on Poinciana Blvd. The homes in Terre Verde are built by the same builder and you can see some of the homes in EI are the same exact style. It is a beautiful looking place.

With that being said I would rather stay in the Formosa Gardens area or be out on 27 then on Poinciana Blvd. JMHO

We made a decision! We are staying at Terra Verde in a townhome. We got a great price, and the owner has been very prompt answering all of my questions. (And there have been quite a few!)

Thanks for all of your answers. I'll let everyone know how it went!
