Terminal Parking

What is the earliest time I can actually park at the terminal. I think I read 10:30am but I just wanted to double check.

I believe 10:30 is when the gates to the property opens, and that includes access to the parking lot.

There is a parking lot that is directly across the street from the terminal which is open prior to 10:30 (may be open all the time).

I don't think you can park in the lot next to the terminal anymore, but I could be wrong. I don't recall seeing any cars in it when we cruised in October.
