Teppenyaki ?

Is there a big difference between lunch and dinner here? We have tix to Cirque for the 6:00 show. I was thinking maybe doing a late lunch here maybe around 3:30 or so.

Basically the only difference is the price. We had lunch there last week and the only differences we noticed were the prices seemed cheaper (check AllEars for menus). Also, the salad and soup were not included (could add one for $2.00 - I think). Don't know if that is the policy now at dinner or not. Still a great deal of food. Menu selections (by my memory) seemed to be the same.

How does it work ? Do you pick one meal then they cook a set portion for you or does the chef stay ad cook you as much of tht dish as you want ?

Basically

You pick what you want. Like, chicken, shrimp, scallops, beef, etc. With that you will get vegetables, rice, and sauce. All of this will be prepared and cooked in front of you. The portions are all the same for everyone. The chef brings out equal amounts for everyone. From what I here the only difference between dinner and lunch are amount of food you get. But, I have only been there for lunch, which was great.

As you're looking to go to Cirque (DTD) I would suggest you consider Benehana's, the Tepanyaki restaurant in the Hilton at DTD. IMHO it's better food at about 75% of the cost of the tepanyaki in the Epcot and it's just over the road from DTD.

I personally don't think Benehana's is in the same league as the Tepanyaki restaurant. My family and I have eaten at many Japanese style restaurants and we rank Benehana's at the bottom.

Lunch is good and less dollars than dinner we've had both and enjoyed meeting the other folks seated with us.Maybe we've been lucky but always had a entertaining chef and the the food has been great.We've done Teppanyaki twice as our dinner selection with CP Dinner Package.
