Has anyone with gluten/wheat allergy eaten at Teppan Edo? if so has was it? did they accomodate needs. :lovestruc

Someone at our seating had a gluten allergy - they cooked her food separately w/o sauce. They also did not serve her the noodles.

They cooked the meat and veg plain, and served gluten free (hydrolyzed without wheat) soy sauce for dipping since none of the sauces were safe. If I recall, none of the salad dressings were safe - they offered lemon to squeeze on them. Rice and no noodles, and soft serve for dessert.

I was generally unimpressed, but I didn't get sick, either.
