are you asking if it is a DP resturaunt or are you asking if you can make resies? If you asking about adr's yes you can and I did make reservations and I hope its on DDP Ill have to go to WDW web site to check that out.

Eager to know the answer on this one, since we have an ADR in December, and plan to use the DDP.

We have adr's for this restaurant and we are on the dining plan. It is on the 2007 ddp. but I don't think it has been added to 2008 yet, but someone mentioned on the forum that many non-Disney owned restaurants are added a little later due to contract agreements etc.

1) Teppan Edo is DDP.
2) Tokyo Dining is not DDP. *

* I think this is good. We can more easily sit and watch Illuminations from the new windows without the space being taken up so readily.

I think you meant World Showcase Lagoon. The 7 Seas Lagoon is between the TTC and the MK

If you're sitting at the windows in Tokyo Dining, can you see over all the people on the balcony? We often watch Illuminations from there, and it is usually pretty crowded.
