Teppan Edo appetizers?

We are doing DxDP our next trip and have Teppan Edo scheduled. What can I say, kids love the show. For those that have ordered appetizers there on DxDP, are there many options? Is the sushi available? My son has decided he likes sushi. I like it too. Thanks for any info.

We ate there twice last August and there were six to 10 or so appetizers on the menu. We had the Wafu ribs and crispy sukiyaki beef rolls, I think they also had California and rolls and a sushi sampler assortment. The family enjoyed our experience there. I am not sure how much the appetizer menu changes year to year, so maybe someone with a more recent experience can chime in. If I remember right you can't get the sushi on the dining plan there. It is possible they have changed that though. It has been about a year and 1/2 since I have been there.

yes, it used to be that the sushi was excluded from the dining plan.

I do not know if the person who posted that they purchased sushi there in August 2011 was on the dining plan.

We went to Teppan Edo in May on the DxDP and we both ordered sushi as appetizers. No problems at all.
